Transtornos autísticos: a psicanálise e suas interfaces

Resumen

Partindo das idéias de Tustin sobre os fenômenos autísticos e apoiada em seu exemplo de busca constante de meios para expandir a compreensão dos mesmos, dediquei-me, nos últimos anos, a procurar elementos (conceitos, dados e métodos) das áreas vizinhas à psicanálise que ampliassem meu horizonte de entendimento dos dados acumulados
por mim ao longo de quase trinta anos de avaliação e psicoterapia psicanalítica de crianças com transtornos autísticos. Neste trabalho procuro relatar de modo resumido o resultado de tais estudos. Usei, em particular, o material clínico de dois pacientes, mas o pano de fundo sempre foi a clínica psicanalítica mais extensa. Assim, à perspectiva psicanalítica associei a das neurociências, da psicologia do desenvolvimento, da etologia e do construtivismo/dialogismo para criar um modelo hipotético de fisiopatogenia dos transtornos autísticos, ou seja, de como podem surgir e se estabelecer tais transtornos durante o desenvolvimento, quais os fatores envolvidos e quais as consequências. Espero que o texto venha reforçar o necessário e oportuno movimento, que já se pode identificar entre alguns psicanalistas, de explicitar e avaliar mais detalhadamente nosso trabalho no campo dos transtornos autísticos (AU)
