Abstract

In our area of action, one of the current topics is the diffusion of psychoanalysis. In particular, I understand it as having the primary function of clarification that allows discrimination in the face of the profusion of so-called “psychoanalytic” offers that can lead many people to a state of confusion. In these terms, the dissemination and diffusion of psychoanalysis should begin by informing which societies and which institutes carry out reliable work in analytical terms; who carries out and has been carrying out a continuous and serious work in our State and in Brazil. And, additionally, which institutions are linked to the International Psychoanalytic Association (IPA), which in itself could already mean a distinctive seal.
