O presente artigo explora as aplicações clínicas do livro de Bion, Transformações (1965), conhecido como um livro desafiador. Embora seja uma obra muitas vezes vista como obscura, este artigo examina os elementos clinicamente úteis do texto que estão disponíveis ao psicanalista praticante. O artigo auxilia o leitor na compreensão das valiosas contribuições clínicas de Bion para a psicanálise.
