CONTRATRANSFERÊNCIA E ANGÚSTIA

Resumo

Neste trabalho, inicialmente, minha intenção foi mostrar que me incluo entre os analistas que pensam que a psicanálise foi criada, desenvolveu-se e continuará evoluindo, principalmente a partir dos conhecimentos obtidos da situação clínica, que se fundamenta na relação transferênciacontratransferência. Neste aspecto, a contratransferência continua sendo importante instrumento de investigação. Quis também destacar a importância da presença de angústia no analista e sugerir a possibilidade de seu reconhecimento durante a sessão analítica. A percepção e reconhecimento dos tipos de angústia persecutória, depressiva e confusional permite a compreensão mais imediata da existência de problemas na contratransferência e abre caminho para um entendimento mais profundo do paciente. Finalmente, desejo enfatizar a necessidade de mais pesquisas na área da contratransferência, o que será possível a partir do estudo de maior número de relatos de casos clínicos

Abstract

In brief, my initial intention in this paper is to include myself among the analysts who think that Psychoanalysis was created and developed and will be continuously evolving from knowledge obtained at the clinical levei, which is founded in the counter transference transference relationship, and in this respect, counter transference still keeps its important role as an investigative tool. It is also emphasized the important presence of anxiety in the analyst, and suggested the possibility of its recognition during the analytic session. The perception and acknowledgment of different types of anxiety persecutory, depressive, and confusional allows for a more immediate understanding of problems within the counter transference field, and paves the way to a deeper comprehension of the patient. Finally, it is stressed the necessity of implementing more research on counter transference phenomena, which would be possible if we could study a greater number of clinical cases publications
